I feel that thinner handles tend to encourage a more natural cradling grip on the cue and discourage twisting the cue. Honestly though, this may be the least important spec on a cue for me. I like skinny butts, shapely butts, and big round butts too. :thumbup:

I can't say the owner does anything special about it. We have a few players though that tend to greet outsiders with a large smile.

I was expecting something ugly, but that cue is stunningly gorgeous!

Pechauers are well made stiff hitting cues with some of the best quality shaft wood you can find. Although that's rather moot with a predator shaft. Meuccis are a soft hit and with often quite flexible shafts. Sometimes you can find a good one, but it's the exception. Also PM sent.

I just looked up some threads on this subject. A Uni-loc Radial is appears to be ~7.6tpi, but there are those who have made their own 3/8x8. Also it seems that there have been come slight differences in diameter as well. I've always just assumed radial meant Uni-loc radial, but I guess that...

I don't think the uni-loc radial pitch is exactly 8tpi it's somewhere between 7 and 8. The one is the picture looks to be more ~10, but I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't a whole mess of sizes. edit: Sorry, I didn't see the "Royce" until afterwards. I'm sure he'll have more accurate info.
