Update: After some vacs and using the Simonis cloth cleaner the lines have gone and the table looks and plays great. Appreciate everyone's input.

Cloth is tight, plays perfectly. It's a visual defect with one mark that's especially and clearly noticeable.

The cloth is tight and doesn't bunch up. It plays perfectly with no deflection. It's really just a clear visual indication of where it's been folded.

I had my table re-covered with Simonis 760 cloth. There are clear marks up and down the table where the cloth has been folded (see attached picture). I'm being told to regularly brush the table (in the direction of breaking) and these marks will disappear in a few weeks. Has anyone experienced...

All but one washer!

They removed and fixed the fit of all the pockets and plates (sample pic below) which was the main problem and also fixed the ball return.

Just wanted to leave an update to say that Austin Billiards (https://austinbilliards.com) came and did an awesome job fixing the issues with the table! Very happy with the result!

Trent, thanks for taking the time and effort to refer me to the gentleman at Brunswick. I talked to him today and he's committed to making the table right, can't argue with their desire to take care of their customer!

Agreed on the installation being unacceptable. I have another company coming to fix it. General quality also isn't great unfortunately.

It is a bit of a shocker! I likely would struggle with the side casting bolts but hopefully the company I hired to come fix it up won't.
