What is considered a "B" player and how do you prove it? I have never won a major tournament and seldom make the money in all of our local BCA tournaments.

Does anyone know of any bars/pubs/halls that have weekly tournaments in the area of Disneyland? I will be in the area from May 4-7 and was wondering if there is any 8-Ball, or barbox weekly tournaments in the vicinity of Disneyland. Any or all information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you...
