I had a 314-2 for a brief time. Felt hallow and did not like it. Sold it off. I have a Vantage now and do not sense any hallow. Very good shaft.
Over time, I got used to smaller diameters so it feels thick now but it is my preferred shaft anyway.

That is likely a two year total. The rankings, which determine if one is still a pro tour player, are based on earnings over 2 years. Players higher than 64 (and didn't earn their card last year) just got fired. Tour school is soon and players can earn their card back.

TV coverage is one thing. Look at payouts for this tournament. 128 players and the first round losers get £15k, basically just for earning their place in the field, and £25k for the next round losers so that first match has over $13k on the line. How often does a pool tournament match have that...
I think many popular cues are barely wood or completely wood free, thinking about Cuetec and Predator sport models.
If you don't have any wood, why would anyone care about a cue handmade with well aged and cared for wood.

On my android phone, Brave browser, the site is unusable. The header tool bars dominate the screen. Similar with Chrome. Maybe this would work on a computer.

Great explanation of what a Calcutta is.
I REALLY hate the temperance movements wrapped up in their own backhanded market protection. How dare someone cast lots without the state's blessing?!?!
I can't until I get to watch the Pete Rose Hall of Fame induction ceremony brought to us by FanDuel...
It is. You are possibly buying a clone. If the price isn't a substantial discount, you are better off buying from a reputable dealer.
I would stick to real either way, but that's me.

I would like to hear others opinions, but mine would be this:
If the tip diameter is large enough and the price is low enough, I can get it tapered to what I prefer.
There are a lot of knockoff SW cues out there that would be 3/8-11. Weight of the shaft would be a good way to know you are not...
Hard to tell scale here but 3/8-10 is likely. Flat faced 5/16-14 is a possibility.
I'll root for 3/8-10 because it will be easier to find a shaft. Most 5/16s have a pilot, a nub that would be recessed into the joint end.
