    Caiden tip and product review

for the warrior - I play with a medium - yes it needs attention to hold chalk sometimes but grips the cueball better than most any of the tips I have used and has a resonance that is unique. the one I see above pictured looks like it wasn't installed well and has no radius.

    Paul Drexler Cues

I have a collection of 12 of them, all upper end cues (ivory joints etc...) -, all play great! and I have 1 currently in the build process. Paul makes a world class cue from my perspective - in both hall of fames

    Custom shaft questions

the BECUE PRIME M shaft (not the new model that was released) is whippy and plays very similar to wood, just hits much softer and doesnt have the resonance that wood with ivory ferrule has (my preference) a 12.0mm tip diameter will potentially provide the play you are looking for.

    Astle Custom Cues

I owned one - I will say he makes a very tight playing cue. Impressed to be honest. mine had ivory joint / ivory ferrule and all ebony on a purple heart core. His cues have a thinner handle and a med stiff taper on the shaft for a nice playing cue - similar to a perry weston with respect to...

Anyone have a cue with this?...

I had an old kikel with a metal ring to keep the bumper from expanding to prevent cracking the ivory buttcap. This looks like a Tasc, which does a similar thing. Nice cue.

    2001 PFD wrapless purpleheart

the inlays are natural - the joint and buttcap appear from my experience to be LBM. VERY NICE CUE and can't be ordered from Paul any longer - not taking new orders, his book is closed - and this is priced very well.

Caiden Liquid Shine - Tip Burnishing Liquid

I use it on my Caiden Tips - makes a beautiful finish and if you burnish it a bit deeper with a porper tip burnisher, it is a very nice product.

    Mystery Masterpiece!

I met Jim Barkley in 1995 in Joplin Missouri (where he built cues) Nice Guy and was a great regional cue maker that built some very unique pieces. Nice Cue.
