You should be able to tap the right thread into the 5K butt - it’s M16x1.5mm (Metric Fine) It’s not a perfect tapping size hole, but very close so you still get a decent thread to fit the QR bumper into. Sent from my iPhone using AzBilliards Forums

I own a very similar Tad Hoppe. Mine has the big pin but a steel joint, not the Juma this will most likely be. The won’t make you a “Hoppe” cue anymore, but when they did the tag was $4K + $2500 is a killer deal. Sent from my iPhone using AzBilliards Forums
