Wrong! An MS-3 is a Mike Siegel Badged Cue.

This is not a Meucci M15, The M15 is the Road Agent .

Your Post says it's 12.75MM Tip, the on the shaft it says 12.5MM, You might want to make a update to the post.

It's a good Price, but it looks like part of the logo is missing. Is that just the light? Could you please send a me a few more photos of the logo
