When do you play at your best?

I feel locked in when I see the line of sight perfectly (as I should for my vision center).

When do you play at your best?

I play my best when I'm locked into my "vision center" and have little to no stress in life.

    R.I.P. SCOTT LEE

Almost by accident, I connected with Scott about 8 years ago as we had our respective experiences with the late Jack White (anyone else here ever actually met him?). I think Scott had known Jack as a family friend (can’t remember exactly how Scott couched it). Scott eventually took over Jack’s...

How many balls do you play with? free graphic when you open the thread.

I think some of you just don't appreciate "Justnum's" perspective on our sport. He brings up thought-provoking stuff and delivers it from a unique perspective. I've read some of the responses to his other posts. Makes me wonder why some of you prefer to criticize his good contributions.

Jason, how dare you imply 14.1 is a "fringe" game. LOL Actually, it's too bad it has become that way over the past years, what with fewer 14.1 tournaments of which to speak. But that hasn't discouraged me from studying and practicing 14.1 over the years. I have gleaned tons of valuable pool...

None. My day job has nothing to do with my barking. I bark, therefore I’m a pool player. :D

I do consider myself a student of the game, that’s for sure.

Just to be clear (I guess I have to spill a few beans here): my day job is as a performer. I’m NOT my job however. Don’t expect me to be jumping around the pool table and/or talking like canary while I shoot. I’m looking forward to seeing Simings game too!

Ahhhh! The good old days! Although I would have preferred that you redacted my personal info (email) from your research, thanks for the memory nonetheless.

Hey, one stroke. Was just referring to what someone else had stated. My fault though, I should have just left that parenthetical out. Wasn't necessary to make my overall point. Sorry, again.

Entertainer? Easy now! Don't give me away quite yet, Jay! :) I guess, it doesn't take much to rile people these days. So let's see where we are with this.... The thread's OP (although called out for being a bit misconstrued) spoke to the recent Mills vs. Chen match. It eventually garnered...

I'm totally green to the Fargo system. I was given a rating by someone based on a contact sheet from years ago. I have no idea who to compare myself to, I only know a few folks and don't know how they play at the moment. Hey, maybe if and when this match goes down, someone can rate my play and...

I'll take this one, Jay... Hey, KM. My Fargo rating is in the 600s. Is that good? Heck, I don't know what that means. I believe I have less than 5 games to show for it. I don't get to play much. Don't get me wrong though, I finally looked through the Fargo site. Looks like a great system for...

Yes, I do. I'm sure of it. No, he should not have walked all over [Siming]. I want to be put to the test--as you say at the end of your post, KM. If I'm going to test myself, I want to do it with the best female player in the world. Not sure. Don't know the guy's game.
