In photos with Ko Ping-chung and Ko Pin-yi I see that they don't have their cue under any specific eye, mostly directly under the chin. Is this "Ambi-ocular"?

I'm trying to find my vision center but every test i do i always keep seeing double of the object. For instance, there's a method of folding a card in the shape of an L and taping that to your mirror and where ever it lines up straight on your face is supposed to be your vision center. Mine...

I read somewhere that it should be the length of your forearm, is there any truth in this?

Yesterday I had my local billiards shop put on a new predator tip and I see that on the bottom where it connects to the ferrule it isn't uniform like the other side. The tip isn't loose or anything, should I be worried?
