    Unshakeable Performance

I can appreciate that sentiment. The way the program works, you need to complete the reading/writing and the practice session for each day, before you can unlock the following day. While I was only 3 days into the program, I actually had well more than a week of practice time, for those 3 days...

    Dynasphere Challenger set.

I'm a dealer. I sell everything, including Aramith balls. I'm not pushing sales on Dynasphere balls, as I really don't care. I bought a fairly large stock of them, to include with new table sales. If people want to buy them separately, I'm happy to sell them. But, I really don't need to sell...

    Dynasphere Challenger set.

It's not a red flag at all.... Just different. It's something to do with the surface finish... It's MUCH glossier than any other ball that I've seen. Because of the surface finish, the balls stay cleaner, for a MUCH longer duration than any other ball that I've used. The difference in play is...

    Gold Crown 7 Revealed

Mark Gregory has been traveling a bit, setting them up. He would be my first call. Atlanta to S. Florida isn't too bad. He recently installed one in Virginia.

    Machinists' Level

For an amateur installer, an 18" Starrett machinist level works fine. For a professional installer, a 12" Starrett is more ideal, as it allows you to better see peaks and valleys in the slate. I use a series of (9) 12" Starrett levels on each slate.

Yes, the Gold Crown VII uses Artemis cushions. Brunswick tables prior to '78 require sub-rail modification, to make the geometry "correct" for a modern day K55

Sometimes, even the experts learn new tricks. When the Brunswick sub-rail modification craze hit, Glen was shouting the loudest (I'm not knocking him, btw. I love the guy). He's a Diamond guy. Diamonds use Artemis, as they are supposed to be "the best" cushion available.... Well, they are a...

Not all K55 profiles are the same. Intercontinental 66 has a much larger nose radius than Superspeed. though, the nose height for Artemis Intercontinental 66 (K55) and Superspeed (K55) should be pretty close to the same, when installed on the same sub-rail. It is important to note that Glen...

Brunswick Superspeed are a fantastic playing cushion. Diamond "black" K55 cushions are the same profile, and play very similarly, at around half the cost. However, the Diamond cushions have a strong rubber chemical odor. It may not be noticeable in your environment, but it could be a...

    Alternative to Brunswick Superspeed cushions

Unfortunately, no. I've never installed or played on 988. The blend is the same (80% wool/20% nylon), but Premier is heavier (732 g/m vs. 670 g/m). From my personal experience with the Premier, it is super slick. In my opinion, too slick.
