http://www.seyberts.com/products/Players_C9921_Pool_Cue-101325-116.html So this may be a dumb question but the butt and shaft are all included correct? I wouldnt have to buy a shaft to go along with that. Also would it come with a tip or do I need to buy tips to put on it?

I just recently started playing frequently and bought my own table. I really do not know a whole lot about different sticks/cues and was wondering where good places to buy them at are and what kinds would be good for a beginner level that are around 50-100 dollars total.
