Hi everyone, Looking for some insight on how to check if this figure will show up in a cue once finished. It was sold as curly Gaboon Ebony. I’m not a cuemaker, and don’t have any finish to try a swatch on. I will send this to a cuemaker, but my design would change if it’s got figuring once...

Here’s a pic of the Jim Baxter style. He does a great job getting close to original style. On the left is an original Schön set, and the right is a set made by Jim. That cue has a radial pin, so the butt protector is long. That’s an extra benefit of Jim’s caps - almost any thread is possible...

Ditto to all the above - purchased a Gina and TAD from them. Judy and Brian are great to deal with. With the Gina, they worked with Ernie to help get the shafts at a smaller diameter for me. And the TAD, gave me the choice of joint caps (some prefer white, others prefer black). Absolutely...
