Gina Cue revisted Promised to post again after transaction. Did not go well. Seller went back on his word and sold to another buyer for more money. Oh well.

Gina buyer I was the first to send the seller a message with intent to buy locally and he just called and confirmed our meeting to finalize the transaction. I have every reason to believe that he is a straight shooter. I will post again after the transaction on Sunday.
