I have heard from a reliable source here in Japan that they have an information that there are counterfeit moori tips floating around. I did not hear more details other than this, but I guess it is prudent to be extra careful with too lowly priced moori tips.

Thanks for the responses. I hope they will be able to put a solution to this. It is frustrating to receive nothing at all. I am sure the fund is going to be withdrawn from my credit card though, in a very timely fashion.

I have sent 3 queries to IPT about certain payment arrangement on a qualifier match, I do not get any response from them. Is there anybody else who experienced the same, even not in cases of qualifier payments. Just like to understand if it is a trend or not.

One of the Japanese player in the pool hall I visit sometimes has a Jazz. Been playing with it for a good while now. Similar design, long sharp points on ebony, with ivory inlays. He is very happy with it. Plays well he says.

No worries at all. Just curious. I can find Efren's preferred taper from another maker, whom I ordered a cue from. He can make the taper the same as Efren's if I want one.

What is the taper of the ER cue you made for him ? So you made him a select highest grade maple instead of laminated shaft? I am under the impression that he uses 12mm or less taper. From looking at the videos, the shaft look thin. That predator is 12.6mm.

I wont argue a lot about your opinion that those who bid are buying the cue because it was made for Efren. It seems that they have no proof to support that the cue is indeed built for Efren and that Efren actually brought it with him to Japan. It is unfortunate though that the seller have to...
