Just wanted to thank everyone for the help. I little lubrication and it slipped right in.

I have a cue I want to replace a linen wrap with a lizard wrap. I think I understand now. So basically if it is thicker they sand it down so the material is flush and if it is thinner it gets built up with glue?

You don't have to read every thread. It is pretty easy to scan through them. Even away for a couple of days it takes me less than 10 minutes to go through the wanted/for sale section. Having rules that prohibit bumping or change the default sort order on threads causes different issues
