So she either had to compensate and angle her backarm slightly or stand on her tip toes to raise the butt... I know which I would rather do!

I'm assuming it is because Jenn is so close to the rail that she is jacking up more. And because she is only a little'en she holds the cue alot further down than most players. Therefore would have to raise up a lot more to keep that 45 degree angle. probably barking up the wrong tree!

and the fact that they DONT fit all cuetec cues like they claim to... and when you question cuetec about it, they assume you are taking them for a ride and f**k you off. They sent me a miscut vortex which didnt fit, and didnt return any contact!

That was me who bought it... god cuetec just started ignoring me. They sent me a replacement butt and it didn't sort the problem. So I think they just assumed I was taking them for a ride, and now they ignore my contact, and when i ring js-sales they say the person who deals with my problem...
