I've been looking at both for quite some time now, have not played with either , but I'm looking more at the sp's, can't make up my mind between the Schon bw-2 with a 314-3 or the Mezz ZZSP with the EX-Pro or 314-3, or a purple heart MS-P with the EX-Pro or 314-3 or both. Choices, choices, WTF...

Been playing w the Z3 for about 4 months now, and have to agree with icecool69, you have to have your concentration in zone mode or your shot will be off, but is a little more forgiving than the Z2 in my opinion, or the ob pro. I've been thinking about trying the 314-3@ 12.5 mm, also or Mezz ExPro.

had an everest on new z2 shaft that was glazed over, couldn't rough it up at all, miscued all the time. so I dipped it in mink oil, the stuff u put on baseball mits to soften them up and break in. I let it soak in for about 4 hrs. and wiped off used it a couple hrs later and worked great after that.

Thanks alot Ryan, Your cues and wrap work looks excellant, might be buying one of Rat Cues in the future, they come with the 3/8 x 10 pin? I've been looking for something with that pin so I can switch shafts with my OB and Mcdermott butts. Thanks again.

Hi all, been playing for 50+ yrs, retired in 04 and have been trying to get my game back ever since, working hard on it, my son still kicks my a$$ but we have fun playing. Alot of info on this site, I better get reading. maybe teach an ole dog something.

Does anyone know , where I can get my cue re-wrapped w stacked leather?

Both me and my son have been using the G-core for the past 7-8 yrs and I agree with the others it's a very good playing shaft.
