well, my league manager told me after i could not be registered for state. he could not provide any reason though. CSI would not talk to him.

Thank you, so now I understand completely. Seems like someone at CSI could have supplied that answer over a period of 8 months while my frustration from being ignored grew to a point where I thought no one was caring or even seeing my question. Now I am banned, probably for life, at CSI events...

I asked for an explanation of race number disparity. I am new to the BCA and CSI and I did not understand how a team has to win 8 games to our teams 14 to win the match. That's it.

exactly agree! being frustrated at zero response over 8 months of honestly asking and being completely ignored brought out the worst in me. still think the organization is worthy of being flushed and forgot about. Just want to play pool and move on but cant play at state makes me see red.

I understand what you are saying completely. Just one note, I never until now have brought any of this to any social platform. Furthermore, any business that feels it is not obligated to put customers concerns as a priority is destined to fail. That’s how it is.

All for asking a simple question. Any company, organization etc that chooses to ignore its paying customers instead of simply giving advice or direction for the question has their head where the sun does not shine. Sorry to vent, thanks for your comments.

Thanks, I have been banned from CSI sponsored events for asking a question after a tournament. I asked several times with no response ever over a period of 1 year. Nobody ever responds. I got frustrated and sent sent e-mail saying I thought getting legal help might get me an answer. Evidently...
