They sell them on ebay and they are from China the inside diameter is 38.1 mm which is suppose to equate to 1.5 inches , which is the outside diameter of most dies. However, you will have to machine the inner diameter a little bit , with a boring bar. Other than that they work great

That clears it up the tap is not really .281 x 10 just what you named it
