I just purchased a used olhausesn 8 footer and I notice that the cue ball slows down unnaturally quickly when it comes off the rail. It was like it was plowing through the cloth , or like the cloth was too deep. Could this be because the cloth was not on tight enough? Don't know yet what kind...
