Thanks to the help of my good friend, I get to move up again. I'm at 19. Rattled the break ball of the second rack. But progress is progress!

first rack! It's not a huge number but I finally, cleanly, got through a rack. I was stuck at 14 forever. But as of March 25th. I'm at 16 in a match. Baby steps :)
