I heard some owners say they bought a job. Is it a business with employees running it? Do the owner(s) have to be there all of the time? Can good money be made? Buying a building or renting? One day the rent goes out of proportion and then what. Definitely think about it.

Most people I know including myself stop using it after a little while. It does not help. Changes the feel of the cue a little but that is not a big thing. The only value I like is using one to cross adapt shafts.
