We ship ammo at my work and we are required to only ship it via ground (ups or fedex) it cannot ship outside of the us or outside of the 48 states for that part. Also it must include on the outside of the packaging a ORM-D consumer commodity label as well as it needs to be labeled cartridges...

This is why if I had a pool hall I would make it more of a bar to attract the party crowd. Most pool players do not have two dollars to their name and expect free table time.
