Ok that's a bit high. Do you have a basement door? If you do there's a few things you can do at that opening. I highly suggest stripping your basement walls and coating them in DryLok with two coats. Otherwise you'll need two dehumidifiers running non-stop during summer.

I live in NC where the humidity is insane during summer. I run my dehumidifier on a tote to drain into so it doesn't stop because the tank is full. During summer I'll empty it every 3-4 days. Outside of running another dehumidifier you can buy a bunch of Dry Lok and paint your cinder block walls
