    i couldnt find the rules on that website, or it needs to be downloaded, we went from bca to vnea, the change was basic on the fact the 8ball break was now a win and to scratch while shooting the 8 is a loss if you do or dont make the 8, to me this promotes bad racks and cue placement... thus...

    Last night, I was told by a pool associate, that "No League in the World lets its league captian's Vote on Rules." I told him i would make a post and ask you at AZ, so here it is, please do. Another issue is he stated that there was no more BCA league, even though i played in a BCA...
