The shank diameter was too large and didn't fit my Cue Smith drill chuck. I believe this type of coolant hole can be used with a coolant-delivery spindle typically used in metal machining, with a water-based coolant.

I've been using carbide tipped coring drills but they are becoming dull and wondering if there is any resharpening service that I can just send the drills in. I could find multiple resharpening services on Google but most of them handle regular drill bits, router bits, etc. and wasn't sure which...
