looking at a leisure bay 8 ft pool table 1" 3 piece slate new k66 bumpers new simonis 860 cloth. Pockets and all good. They asking $1,100 set up and delivered with balls rack and sticks. Is this brand decent and price fair?

Looking at buying this pool table. Person said it is a barrington. Anyone know what model it is? Is barrington a good table. I am a newby to this. He is asking $200. No idea if it is slate or not haent looked at it yet
