What do you guys use to bond an Ivory inlay in the wood? Also should this be done when the thickness of the butt is close to where you want it? Thanks

All good advise. I think I will get a good set of chisels. I am not tring to start a new career I just wanted to make my own butt and get a preditor or OB-1 shaft for it. Joey I do not have a band saw but I do have a good router/table. Could this work to accomplish the same thing. I assume you...

    Thanks

I have been shooting pool for 45 years and about to retire. I bought a mini lathe and decided to start doing my own cue maintenance and possibly make a Sneaky Peat type cue as a hobby. Everest Tip

Can someone tell me which side of the Tiger Everest tip is glued to the shaft? The stamped side or the other side? I got a Preator 314-2 shaft and one came on it and I love it. Thanks Jerry

    cue storage question

Are the socalled "Dealer Cases" that hold 10-12 cues any good for storing a collection of cues? I suppose you would lay it flat and not upright.

    Diamondback Irish Linen Wrap Cleaner

It appears the previous owner of one of my Schon cues liked fried food while playing. The linen is a bit sticky. I tried taking some wax paper and rubbing the wrap. I helpped a little but still seems a bit sticky. I wonder if the carpet cleaner suggestion would work.

    Diamondback Irish Linen Wrap Cleaner

Has anybody used this to clean their wrap? I know that getting a wrap wet can make it sticky and possibly ruin it.
