Good stuff. I actually lived in the barndominium for 7 years saving money before I built my house. Built it in 92. Let quite a few live there rent free over the past 23 years before the last one moved out. Then I decided it would be a great man cave.

As I mentioned, she is an awesome child, and better than most 14 year olds I know, but I wouldn't want her driving on the road by herself at 14, either. She's worth more than a 1000 pool tables, but that doesn't mean I don't want to take care of my stuff and keep it the way I want to keep it...

I truly appreciate the thoughts and feedback. right now I'm leaning towards just getting a valley or something and having that set up in the house. It will cost a little extra, but probably come out cheaper in the long run.
