    Thanks for the links to those threads, certainly an interesting read. I have some info that it could be a J Magann table that someone put an Oliver Briggs plate on. I’ll keep poking around here and hopefully one of the mechanics can take a look at the pics and offer their opinion.

    thanks for the reply. Which direction are you shimming from, outside the frame (slate edge) towards the center or from inside the frame towards the slate edge?
