Hey guys I'm in Sacramento area for a couple weeks for work and was wondering if there is any weekly tournaments that happen in the area. Just a C speed player and didn't even bring my cues so I'll be playing off the wall and not looking to get in any serious action. Thanks for the help!

Yes you've got it pretty much....and I've seen where the breaker has ball in hand behind the head string for the first shot....and I've seen it played where the cue ball must be frozen to the short rail on the middle diamond behind the head string for the first shot.
