Hello all. I just bought an old Valley bar box that was born in 1963. I now have the chassis up on sawhorses in my garage. Here's my question. The "slats" that support the slate are bowed. When I put a straight-edge across them, I can see anywhere from 1/8" to 1/4" of daylight. Uh-oh...
