I just happened upon this post. Here is some information about the BRAD Scuffer:

Alicia Morrison. Our company was/is involved with the Billiard Congress of America so are friends with many of the manufacturers and some of the players. But I’m not sure what event this was. She also has a lot of the autographed Hall of Fame dinner mats. I need to go through those too.

Can anyone help me figure out the names that were autographed on one of my mom's cues. She passed in 1998. The only clue I have is that it was signed in 1996 thanks to CJ Wiley dating it. Some of them I can tell what it says, some I can only get some of the letters, and some have nicknames...
