What kind of 9 ball rack is that? Is it supposed to prevent the 9 ball on a break?

I know I'm very new here, but you can look at my feedback from eBay or heatware under the name kittmaster to see me buying histories. I'm looking for pockets in good to new condition for a connelly 9FT table. One thing I have no clue about is the term of "iron" like #6 etc etc....the pockets...

Does the video show the same methods as what in in the pdf? I was given a 9FT connelly table for free, I'm in it for $300 (LOL) for the floor carpet....I'm looking at simonis 860 (non HR) and it will the first time so, I would love to see the video, but since that won't happen, does the PDF...
