The older Schon Ivory shafts hit and play great. Also the Schon butt and 314 original shaft combo has been very good to me. I have tried a 314/2 and must say I prefer the original.
This is an unused 2x4 It's George in smooth brown leather. It has never had a cue in it. Absolutely beautiful shape. I would give it a 98 to 99% a few minor small dings from storage. FIRST $old pending payment.

I am 6'2 and just this past year switched to 30' shafts and that extra inch helps a lot. More than I thought. In fact I just started using a 60' cue and it makes a world of difference.
I know I may get some haters here but IMO there is a difference between "stiff" and "solid" when it comes to the hit of a cue. One of the stiffest cues I have ever hit with is a Dale Perry. His stock shafts with his taper are very stiff. Almost TOO stiff for my liking. Just my 2 cents.
