I've only call Diamond once and it was a great experience, spoke with a guy named Paul and he answered every question I had very thoroughly.

Never mind I think I found the problem, they installed the cloth upside down :rolleyes:

Has anyone experienced fuzz ball with HR. My table was cover about 2 months ago with 860HR and after a long play session on it there are fuzz balls all over it.

I've got the Willie Hoppe tribute, next I want the Balabushka. That's how I found this site when I was researching the Hoppe
