    Diamond Professional 8' Questions

Paperstone is one of the products made by a company called Paneltech International LLC located in Hoquiam, Washington where the product is made. I’m not being defensive at all. I do not know why you think I am being defensive or why I would even need to be defensive. Over what? I am just...

Yes, I know. Just as I knew Kleber was not owned by Simonis. 😉 It was confirmed to me by RKC.

    Diamond Professional 8' Questions

No, I believe that the PRC used in Diamond tables is NOT at all made by Shaw flooring. It is made of phenolic resin and recycled paper however.

    Diamond arrived update

Thanks for confirming that RKC. With a little research, I knew it had to be one of these products. An excellent material indeed. And manufactured in your home state no less.

    Diamond arrived update

I assume that the PRC being used to make the Diamond PRC tables is very similar to Richlite which is made in Tacoma, Washington or possibly Paperstone made in Hoquiam, Washington or perhaps another manufacturer. Its basically coloured recycled paper treated with phenolic resin compound (similar...

    Diamond versus Brunswick

Yes, I almost bought one a year ago. It came down to the Rasson or the Diamond Professional. I have been looking at the Rasson Victory table in detail ever since it was chosen over 5 1/2 years ago in 2013 as the official table for Bonus Ball (remember that). I was always impressed by its...

    Diamond versus Brunswick

Of course I realize that...lol. That is why before I posted my previous post, I looked at both the recent Sumitomo Riko and the Klematch websites. Both refer to Sumitomo Riko owning Klematch. Kleber becoming Klematch was not a recent change. Anvis Industries rebranded the Kleber name to Klematch...

    Diamond versus Brunswick

Not sure where you get your information, but Klematch is NOT owned by Saluc. It is owned by the Japanese company Sumitomo Riko Group which took over the Anvis group in 2013.

    Getting new cushions. Need opinions.

Actually, I may not necessarily agree with that statement. I feel it still plays better than Olhausen, and the Brunswick HOME style tables are nothing to write home about. In my opinion, the upper end Connelly tables (Plateau and Ultimate series) were beefier and better constructed than the...

. The additional rail bolts provide a more consistent rail tension for more consistent play. When integrated a K-55 cushion, imported from England's It is a full profile K-66 cushion featuring canvas backing and a response-enhancing. Still confused....k66 or k55? Yes, it is...

    Getting new cushions. Need opinions.

The following is from the Connelly website. They do not even know what they are using. They refer to both K-55 and K-66. I have a Connelly table and so do a couple of other friends. In all our instances their ICON cushions started going hard in just 2 to 3 years. They were new tables at the...

    Wth?

This makes perfect sense for Aramith or Saluc to do in the manufacture of their magnetically attracted cue balls. They take defective balls or seconds from the production process, grind them down, apply a metal/magnetically attracted layer around that core since that is what will pull the cue...
