What about mental endurance? Someone described focus as a fluid. On the tournament day/weekend, you play 6 or 7 matches , and you have to able to recall, retain and use that fluid 6 or 7 times. Edit: do you get this with 30 min spurs?

I think your power shot might not be fluent. You just might tense up before a tough shot. 🖖

Is focus a thing that can be trained?

I got the same carome as above on my pool table. But couldnt get to the first long rail Must be a helluva shot to get a direct carom.😃

I run out of speed your way! I have a slow 9ft pool table, with pockets. I made 3/10 shots the way i described it. (Thin cut on the whitey, hit the middle of the short rail, and arround it goes, straight into the red ball) I froze the whitey on both sides of the midle pocket. Made it both ways...
