It does have the counters and there is an aluminum strip on the underside of the rail. So without the nameplate this cant be a GC? The frame is well built and all the parts are clearly marked with original factory stencle or have stamped numbers to make sure of direction. He didnt take the apron...

I get it now. It didnt come with either Apron or the skirts.
