    Pool Ball Collecting.

I thought it is maybe for some game of carom, where the red is worth 5 points. Aramith does some carom balls for Korean carom with numbers on, just not in this dice pattern. And they did their 5-Ball game as well with carom sized balls. But that’s a guess as well 🙃

    Pool Ball Collecting.

I found a set of Aramith Carambol balls. They are all normal colours - white, yellow, red. Except the red has this 5 dot dice pattern. I have never seen that before, is this anything special? And are they worth getting just for that single ball? Thanks for any help 😊

Would be quite interesting to know, who actually makes them 😄 Are there many factories in China for pool balls? Or is there only maybe 1-2 making balls for all this fake companies (Konnlien, Yiniuren, Painas Fai,… and so forth)?

I thought so, but it was just a guess on the used logo. They still play fine, and I like their look, so I am quite happy with them. And they were not too expensive as well anyway :)

I really don't know, they are Chinese no-name brands. Can I assume though, this logo means Dynasphere?!

Got my 3rd set of Blacks yesterday! Love them all, but can’t decide which one is my favorite of them 😄

The set I was thinking of keeping, though I was not sure. That’s why I started this conversation here about them. I would certainly, if they happen to be Aramith. Do you think the set is at least all from one manufacturer? I put it together from some cheaper lots I bought, and they looked the...

    Pool Ball Collecting.

I have a question about identifying balls. How does one know, if balls have higher quality? Is this even doable? At least for an amateur or someone who has no bigger knowledge of the world of billiard balls… I got this set and the spare balls second hand: I am pretty certain, they are just...

    Pool Ball Collecting.

The seller confirmed my question about the size, and responded with 5,7cm. I am aware, that they are in the hundreds, but where can I expect them to be? They are still way above the Raschig sets from recently here, and that’s not a price I find comfortable for a set of balls 😄 And if I get a...

    Pool Ball Collecting.

They are 57mm. I was looking to buy some, but the price seems very high. And, 2 months ago, there was an incomplete set in the UK with 12 or 13 balls, which sold for about 70,-. They were online for months until someone bought them finally. So I am not sure, if incomplete sets are that low...

Could anybody please help me, with what’s an approximate market value of one of these Aramith sets nowadays? Thanks!

    Pool Ball Collecting.

I received this set last week, but without a box or any information what they are. I have never seen balls in a foam box like that. These are 46mm Snooker balls. Is it possible, to find the manufacturer just by the boxing style and maybe the colours used for the balls? The saturated yellow...

    Looking for RoundRack owners

Yes, I went through the whole history of all snapshots there. And I collected 20 different game rules. For some of them I found a ball setup, or a description. So I could reconstruct them quite easily. But on some I struggle, hence I was asking for help here. Maybe someone bought a Rack out of...

    Looking for RoundRack owners

Thanks! That's what I found out so far as well. And the cue ball starts from the Center Spot, instead of the Kitchen. I am trying to get a hold of the rules, or reconstruct them as good as possible. But I struggle with a few of them, as some only provide 1 small sentence as explanation of how...
