I had to look up stimpmeter as well, never heard that before 🙃 We played a lot of Boccette and Petanque already, but never with biased balls. So I was lucky to find them, they are quite fun. We played a few games this morning and thoroughly enjoyed them!

The second set is a 2“ carpet bowls set. This set itself is not strictly for billiards, I know. But it will be used to play Table Bowls: Table Bowls rules I checked Traditional Games, and a Table Bowls set in this size is over 200,- so I rather take these. The biased balls should be fun...

New acquisitions! Firstly I got a cheap 42mm Snooker set. I know it should be for small children tables or something like that. But it is Aramith and came with a complete packaging. Even though it is quite beaten up a bit. Balls have no damages, and the rest looks unused as well. I had to...

Does anybody have a set of these here? Seems to not have been long in business, and never saw anything about these Poker balls anywhere. And another question: can anyone recommend good sites for finding second hand billiard stuff in the US? I am aware of ebay and craigslist, but maybe there...

Thanks, I appreciate thinking about me! Snooker seems not to be very popular here in central Europe. I find a ton of cheap carambolage sets, but never a good and cheap Snooker one...

Thanks for the pictures! I think I had scans already as well. I played it once, but I am not sure if I played it correct. Being not a native English speaker, I sometimes struggle with understanding rules if they are very vage on specific points and situations. Like: If I pot purple and miss...

I would add one more: 3. The balls are always more damaged than in the picture of the sales post

I got my Bonus Ball set from Italy. It was the only country in Europe where I could find it, but shipping was quite expensive, even though it’s my neighbor country. Sadly mine had no instruction/rule book inside. Seems like yours is missing as well. The yellow Snooker set looks really nice. I...

Received a new set today! My biggest balls so far 😄 Italian carambolage balls with 69mm and 59mm. Even topping my Russian balls, which only have 67/68mm diameters 🙃

I might be able to do it on our company server, so I only have to register a domain. I have a name, but it is quite long, so I am not sure if it is a good idea. But all the good short ones are taken, and I want it to be descriptive as well. So my idea so far was: Billiard Games Library Not...

Yes, nearly the same. I need to get more serious with my efforts of putting my rules website online. I will have to check for a domain and a server provider 🙃

Italy seems to be a Boccette hotspot, they can be found quite cheap there. Got my Raschig set for 35,- there. So if this is an option and used sets are no problem, I can recommend looking there 😊

    Pool Ball Collecting.

I wanted enough balls to play Blackball or Cutthroat with them, hence the huge amount. And I managed to get a few boxes for 7,- only in used but flawless condition. So I had to grab them. They tend to be quite cheap if one can wait for a deal, and none of them I paid more then 20,- for I bought...

My first shelfie! Got a delivery today from IKEA. All the stuff around needs to be finished, but I wanted to put up the shelf first and fill it up. So just imagine not seeing the carpet and all the things around. That’s my treasure so far! Nothing too special maybe, but all I need for my...
