Mezz without question IMO, you still will have the 'feel' of a traditional shaft with the benefits of low deflection.

What makes a shaft low deflection is by making the end mass as light as possible. For example, Predator shafts are hollow for approximately 5 inches before the ferrel. Mezz accomplishes this same thing by injecting foam into theirs.
