The forearm was tulip wood when received originally from Bill Schick

It is a fantastic cue- I was the original owner and designed the inlays and selected the woods with Bill for this cue. Originally it had black linen wrap. The forearm is Tulip Wood and the inserts in the Chicago points is Ambon’s Burl.

Here are my fraternal Astle twins - both with Black Ash Burl handles and one with an AMAZING piece of Cocobolo. He is an amazing cue maker IMHO.
