    Pool table light

That would probably be important....8' The more I read on here, it sounds like I need either 2 8' bulbs or 2 sets of 2 x 4' bulbs end to end. Any thoughts?

    Pool table light

Hi all, I'm looking at getting a 4' fluorescent light to put over our pool table. Since we're renting, I can't hardwire it, so I need a plug-in light. We don't want to spend a bunch of money on a fancy light either, we just want something practical. My question is should I get a 4 bulb or a...

    olhausen 30th year anniversary

Does anyone know what year a table w/ the "30th year anniversary" stamp on it would be? I'm looking at one that the owner said they bought 3 years ago new, so that would be 2005-2006. I thought the 30th anniversary was 2003 though, but it could be that the table sat around for 2-3 years...

    Brunswick table ID

Ok, so i checked out the table this evening. The sides appeared to be hardwood and the owner mentioned it was a "special order" table (whatever that means). Anyway, I measured it just in case, and it was really a 7' table, even though the listing said 8' go figure! Here's a pictures of the...

You guys rock! Thanks for all the input. I emailed the owner to send me a pic or tell me what the name plate says. I'm going to look at it tomorrow, since it's only about 10 minutes from my house. I'll post an update when I find out more.

How much should I buy this table for?

Hi everyone, I'm looking at this 8' Oak Santa Ana Olhausen that is listed at $1700. It comes w/ 4 cues, leather cover, bridge, wall mount for cues, 8/9 ball rack, brush, balls, and kelly style light (3-bulb). It's about 10 years old and has hardly been played on according to owner. The cost...

    Accufast cushions question

If I had a nickel everytime I've heard this one since I've been a member here for the past 4 days, i could probably retire. You guys even find a way to sneak it in to a post about cushion longevity! Just giving you a hard time, i know they're good tables, but im a novice on budget looking for...

    Accufast cushions question

Ok, im still confused... Which table will have better quality cushions? A table that has not been played much in the past 5 years, or a table that has been played for an hour a day for 5 years? (according to the local pool shop a table that is not being played will need the cushions replaced...

    Accufast cushions question

Thanks, I just remember hearing that rails tend to go bad if they are left unplayed. Something about playing on them regularly helps to condition the rubber. That's why I was concerned about people who says "it's hardly ever used."

    Accufast cushions question

Hi all, I have a question about the accufast cushions and when do they go bad? Some of you know I'm in the market for a pool table. I've looked at a lot now but it seems when you ask someone how much the table has been played on, everyone is like "oh hardly ever." I think that's the answer...

    Another table ID please (olhausen)

You guys respond so quickly, I can't help but ask again for a different table. Thanks for help on the brunswick earlier. Found this on craigslist, asking price is $1700, owner bought it new 8 years ago. Is this a good deal and what model is it? Thanks again!
