Oh that's easy! You start with just standing on one rack, then you put three balls under it, then a rack under that, then another 3 balls under that ... next thing you know he is on the top of all of it!

We do a buck in per person per round and to handicap it for the chasers we give them a free round every time they have to put up 3 times in a row. We've been burned a few times but whatever ... 3 ball is not considered the most skilled game. :)
