Most common types of spin used

I watched Buddy play years ago when he was on tour. As far as I can tell, he plays mostly draw English.

    DIVENEY CUES -PLAYABILITY- VS NITTI

I had a Diviney for a while; great playing cue but I have too many so I sold it. I haven't found a Nitti to hit a few with but I'm definitely looking. My favorite cue of all time was my Jacoby D-9. I called it the bulldozer but sold it in a moment of weakness. Tried to buy it back from the...

Diamonds clearly bank shorter than most other if not all tables…so, why?

I think wild wing has it. The angle of the cushion and the hardness makes them bank short. I can bank like nobody's business on a Valley or Dynamo but I really have to process the shot on a Diamond. I play barbox mostly and there's a big difference on a 9 footer.

Early Original Jackson (JCC) Cocobolo and Amazing Birds Eye - Mint!

I have 3 JCC cues already. One curly, one birdseye, one stained birdseye. All three play great; had Tony make me an extra shaft last year and was perfect to my specs. I think they are one of the most underrated cues on the market.

What tip you do you play with?

I have Morakami Black Diamond water buffalo tips on 90% of my cues. Great English and draw and super long lasting. If you use good glue you have to cut them off bevause they sure won't fall off. I get mine from Joe Barringer in Florida. (you're welcome Joe. Sorry to hear about Barry)
