i appreciate this but it is quite a bit of money outlay for us (about £800) and id like to try and get it right first time. i was all set to go for the simonis then i read a few comments saying that it is too fast for a small table and it has an adverse affect to how you usually play the game...

this is our first table and i am no recreational or club player, so for now play will strictly be limited to the home. and what do you mean about the cue ball? do you mean that you use a different cue ball to the one that comes in the set with the table?
