I am told you can use a boring bar to shave the chuck jaws to center, but I’ll talk to Chris about that before I do anything. The entire chuck seems to be wobbling, is this normal?

The local bar where our leagues are held out of have tables with spots falling apart. What is the best way to remove an old, dirty, deteriorating spot? Is it as simple as carefully peeling off and re-applying? Or is there some better way. I’d imagine the adhesive will damage the cloth...
