This room was up for sale around the New Year and 1 deal fell through because of a buyer having some family issues come up and then in May we thought it was 100% sold, then this new buyer's financing fell thru last minute.... so it is back on the market. Here is the info on the room once...

I hadn't posted about the room for a while because we thought we had a buyer, but the person just pulled out of the deal because of some personal things that had come up right after the New Year. So, it is again available and we are dropping the asking price from the original $75,000 to $65,000...
