I got on the list in 05 and mine was delivered in 2020. In Jan 22, I decided to order a couple shafts with different tapers. I just got the call and will receive them in 3-4 months if I’m luckily lol. That being said, order the extra shafts now if you plan on doing so.

I had a cue maker once tell me to use Ivory soap on the threads of the joint pin for easier screwing on of the shaft. This has served me well for years, but I was wondering if there’s any other products someone would recommend? Also, does anyone ever lube the smaller pins that go into and...

There’s no doubt that their cues reduce deflection but I always feel like the hit of those cues are lifeless. That’s just my biased Opinion. I also don’t understand the need for a $700 break cue.

Id say this is more a of Facebook phenomena. The sales practice is a little purer here, lol, only slightly.

Right now, there are lots of cues out there that are unattainable because some people are hoarding them for investment purposes and that's aggravating for someone like myself who likes to collect not for the sole reason of investments. I don't think this will change anytime soon, but its hard...

Thanks for the replies. It's good to know that I'm not going crazy. I'll try to be extra careful as to not slam the cue. This does make me wonder though, maybe I can get the same effect from some of my other cues by removing the bumper.
