About 1mm all the way around. Strictly an estimation. Didn't actually measure it.

I have a chance to pick up a new shaft from a buddy of mine but the diameter of the joint collar on the shaft is smaller than the butt of my cue. Question is, is it as easy as having a new joint collar put on to fit?
